Thomas Kopache: Performing Shakespeare

On Sunday, October 23rd, 2022, ESU Princeton Members were treated to an interview with actor Tom Kopache at their monthly meeting held at the Princeton Senior Resource Center on Poor Farm Road in Princeton. ESU Board Member Irene Fitzpatrick Smoot spoke with Tom about the differences between acting Shakespeare versus straight drama, and details about various shows on his extensive resume.

Called an "actor's actor," and "a living legend in the industry" for his longevity and range of credits on stage, film and television, Tom answered questions about life as an actor and acting technique.

Tom's advice to actors: "You have to own your words."

Sounds simple right?

Fun fact: Irene and Tom are siblings.
