Our new ENGLISH IN ACTION Program starts in September!

ESU Monmouth County and the Atlantic Highlands Library will start a free English conversation program which matches English-speaking tutors with learners whose native language is not English. Learners must already know English, and seek to improve their conversational speaking skill. The program offers an informal setting for tutors and learners in the Atlantic Highlands public library.
