We are happy to announce the winners of this year's Shakespeare Competition. The following students will be awarded their scholarships at the Shakespeare Competition Virtual Reception on Sunday, March 7th starting at 5pm. Students must attend the reception in order to receive their checks. Students will be required to recite their winning monologue at the reception.

FIRST PLACE - $1,500 and a place at Nationals SOFIA FOLGIA from Merion Mercy Academy SECOND PLACE - $1,000 LUCY SHEA from Friends' Central School THIRD PLACE - $500 QUILANA CASTRO CARDONA from Friends Select School

About the National Competition

2021 Prizes are as follows (due to COVID there is a possibility of delayed/substituted prizes)

     1st place: British American Drama Academy Mid-Summer Conservatory Program

     2nd place: American Shakespeare Center Theatre Camp

     3rd place: $1000
