Our Walter Hines Page Scholar, Cecilia Furze de Garrett, arrived from Argentina and began a whirlwind three days (February 12, 13 and 14) of meetings with educators, tours of the city, and dining at some of our city's restaurants.

She fell in love with St. Louis and, needless to say, we found her charming,

She was the house guest of Barbara and John Lewington, and other members who helped entertain her were Ed and Julie Martin, Paul Azzara and Ruth Bryant.
