April 15th 6:00 P.M: Union Club of Boston. ESU and the Union Club are collaborating on an author event featuring the authors Caroline Stanley, Countess of Derby, and Andrew O'Shaughnessy discussing their work together.
June 1 2:00 P.M The Country Club, Brookline MA : we will have our annual celebration of King Charles III, the 150th Birthday of Winston Churchill and the 80th Commemoration of Allied Victory in World War II.
June 17th, Time TBD, there will be another program we are scheduling in coordination with the Union Club, which will feature historian and renowned biographer Nigel Hamilton, speaking on his latest book, Lincoln Vs. Davis: The War of the Presidents.

We are pleased to announce the kick-off of the ESU's National Shakespeare Competition! Schools in our region may enter now, giving students the opportunity to compete in the Boston Branch Competition. The winner of the branch competition will travel to NYC to compete in the national finals at Lincoln Center!

Congratulations to the Boston Branch's own Crystaliz Frometa, who was a top 10 finalist at the 40th Anniversary ESU National Shakespeare Competition at Lincoln Center in New York City on April 24, 2023. Crystaliz, a student of Juliet Bailey of The Rivers School, was one of forty-one semi-finalists who came from all over the country, along with parents, branch coordinators, teachers and supporters for this exciting weekend-long event.
