Topics for February 24th Tournament
- All U.S. Presidential Primaries should be held on the same day.
- High school students should NOT be able to profit from name, image, and likeness deals.
- The United States should adopt the metric system.
- Abolish the penny.
Topics from December 9th Tournament:
- Americans should be required to complete one year of national service.
- Cultural treasures should be returned to their country of origin.
- Animal testing is unethical.
TOPICS from APRIL 22, 2023 CHAMPIONSHIP
- ChatGPT does more harm than good.
- Ban single-use plastic water bottles.
- Abolish the United Nations Security Council.
- Captive live animal displays (i.e., zoos and aquariums) do more harm than good.
February 4, 2023 TOURNAMENT:
- Tik-Tok is a bad influence.
- Homework causes more harm than good.
- New Jersey should end the bear hunt
2020 TOURNAMENT:
- Social media platforms should ban political advertising.
- All U.S. Presidential primaries should be held on the same day.
- Major League Baseball's plan to cut minor league teams is justified.
